Dave Brubeck, the 88-year-old jazz superstar, leads
his quartet in a benefit concert for Jazz'd 4 Life on Friday at 7 p.m.
at Infinity Hall, 20 Greenwoods Road (Route 44), Norfolk.



Vocalist Nicole Zuraitis, who celebrated the release of her debut CD, "Spread the Word," at the 2008 Litchfield Jazz Festival, is the opening act. A native of Litchfield and graduate of New York University,
the young singer began studying jazz at 12 at the Litchfield Jazz Camp,
which receives a portion of the fundraiser's proceeds for its
