David Mallett is one of America's true original troubadours. In a career spanning four decades, he has recorded 14 albums and performed in clubs, concerts halls and outdoor festivals across the U.S., Canada and Europe. He has appeared on numerous national broadcasts, including Prairie Home Companion, The Nashville Network and NPR.

Over the years, his songs have been sung and recorded by Peter, Paul and Mary, Arlo Guthrie, Alison Krauss, Marty Stuart and, of course, John Denver, who turned Mallett's "The Garden Song" into a major hit back in the 1980s. Kermit the Frog even recorded it. You know you've made it when the Muppets do your song!

"With songs that both celebrate life and portray the human struggle, Mallett is certainly one of the best songwriters on the contemporary music scene." -Dirty Linen
