Born Kevin Mark Holness, in the countryside of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Mighty Mystic landed on the worldwide reggae radar in 2006 with “Riding On The Clouds” a reggae dance hit that proved to be as triumphant on the charts as it was in the studio, sitting on top of Reggae and Urban radio, charts for the majority of that year. A series of magnificently diverse songs would follow from the anthem for change "Revolution" to dance floor favorites "Better Times”, "Fire town" and the 2008 mainstream, club anthem "Here I Am" which featured Reggae pop icon Shaggy. Mighty Mystic’s highly anticipated debut album WAKE UP THE WORLD dropped in November 2010 and quickly hit at #4 on the iTunes Reggae Chart and has the makings and momentum to be a enduring classic in the genre. Mighty Mystic is currently touring nationwide, and is recording his second, full - length album, with an anticipated release date of late 2012.
