Where Is Infinity Hall? Infinity Hall is located right on Rte. 44 in the center of Norfolk, CT. Only 34 miles from Hartford, CT, 20 miles from Great Barrington, MA, and 20 miles from Poughkeepsie, NY, it’s closer than you think. Get directions to find us here.

Where Can I park? There is a parking area behind Infinity Hall and nearby FREE street parking. Valet parking will be available for many shows.
Do you have an ATM? Yes. Located next to the Box Office in Infinity Hall.
Is Infinity Music Hall handicapped accessible? Yes, there is an elevator located by the front entrance.
Does Infinity Hall have reserved seating? For most shows in the upstairs Music Hall, seats will be reserved. Occasionally there will be general admission seating. There are 230 Stage Level seats and 46 on the Mezzanine. Mezzanine tickets holders can enjoy full table service of food and beverage before or during a performance. Seating and service start one hour prior to show time. Refer to the seating chart online for information on each particular show. Reservations are not accepted for the bar area or for the outdoor patio.
How do I purchase tickets? Tickets may be purchased on the Infinity Hall website or at the Infinity Hall Box Office (TOLL-FREE @ 1-866-666-6306) and at Infinity Bistro in Norfolk.
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are not refundable, all sales are final. Prior purchases are not subject to a subsequent change in ticket pricing. If a show is rescheduled, the new date will be listed on our website and your ticket for the original show will be honored at the rescheduled show. If a show is cancelled and no make up date is announced, the ticket is refundable less the service fee. The refund will happen automatically if you used a credit card for your purchase. If you paid cash, you must bring your ticket back to the place of purchase. Cash refunds will be available for 30 days.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we have gift cards available that may be used for ticket purchases and/or food and beverages in the bistro. Gift cards can be redeemed by calling the bistro at 860-542-5531 or in person at the hall or bistro. Unfortunately, they can not be redeemed online at this time.
What kind of music is performed at the Infinity Music Hall? Named national and regional music and other entertainment acts of numerous genres perform in Infinity Music Hall. We host more than 200 performances annually. Infinity Bistro will also have many performances after the dinner hour by quality regional and local artists.
Can I rent Infinity Hall or rooms at Infinity Bistro for special events, parties or recording sessions? Yes! Rooms at Infinity Bistro and Infinity Music Hall are available for rent for corporate and private functions subject to availability. Please click here for more information.
Can tickets be replaced if lost or stolen? Treat your tickets like cash, as they cannot be replaced.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through this website will be made. Prior purchases are not subject to a subsequent change in ticket pricing. Each promoter may have additional policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but inticketing is entitled to retain all fees collected throught this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handing and service charges.
Event Cancellation/Changes
Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. The risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days of the originally scheduled date. In the event that a performance is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorized by the promoter, any refund request must be made to Infinity Hall prior to the show and all tickets must be returned to Infinity Hall no later than 10 business days after the rescheduled date and/or refund request whichever is earlier. Infinity Hall is entitled to retain all fees collected thrugh this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges, regardless of whether a show is rescheduled or canceled.
