Join us at Infinity Bistro as we gather for a wonderful meal accompanied with delicious wines and followed by a chat with the Artist. Chef David Gilmore & Chef Lisa Richards will be preparing a three-course prefix dinner to reflect Artist Catherine Elliott’s artistic style. Wine Expert Peter Turner will be discussing the wines chosen with each course. While dessert is being served, Catherine will discuss the process and philosophy involved in the creation of her paintings.
