Craft Bar & Bistro Director / Senior Front of House Manager - Hartford
The award-winning Infinity Music Hall & Bistro in Hartford is searching for full-time, senior hospitality front-of-house manager with strong knowledge of and experience with craft beer, spirits and wine. Responsible for hiring, training and supervision of all front-of-house personnel as well as oversight of supply chain for beer, liquor and wine. Must be team player looking for dynamic growth opportunity.

Responsibilities
-Chief Hospitality Officer – Oversight of Customer experience from start to finish. Hands-on manager of daily bar/bistro operations.
-Hiring, training and supervision of all front-of-house personnel.
-Oversight of supply chain for beer, wine, liquor and other bar supply purchasing, plus inventory control.
-Oversight of Bar and Bistro Cleanliness, plus proper functioning and maintenance of bar equipment.
-Creation and execution of Bar/Bistro Special Events.
-Chief liaison between Bar/Bistro and Infinity:
*Executive Chef
*Music Venue Personnel
*Special Event Personnel
-Responsible for quality, safety and profitability of Craft Bar/Bistro.
