ROCK N’ ROLL CIRCUS with Jon Butcher, James Montgomery, and Steve Gaspár
Be there when Rockin’ 4 Vets brings its Rock n’ Roll Circus “House Party” to the Infinity Music Hall, in Norfolk, Saturday April 11, in a benefit event for United Ways, Stock the Shelves!!
Loaded with high-energy, high-octane rock, the Rock n’ Roll Circus is an explosive show that will be “Nothin’ but a House Party”. This great line-up features 3 Grammy nominees, 2 New England Music Hall of Fame inductees, 1 Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame inductee, a New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee, and more!
The line-up features Jon Butcher, known for his days of Johanna Wild, Jon Butcher Axis, Barefoot Servants, and time performing on Experience Hendrix tours, he is one of the most influential performers in Boston, having toured the country opening for the J. Geils Band, Def Leppard, Rush, and the Scorpions.
Joining us for the first times will be Steve Gaspár, former Epic/CBS Recording Artist & Grammy Nominated Songwriter, who recently put together music’s supergroup of session royalty, The Hollywood Allstars®. In addition, he has toured and recorded with the likes of James Brown, Edgar Winter and the Rascals (feat Gene Cornish).
The show though would not be complete without the presence of New England Blues Legend, James Montgomery, known throughout the region by anyone born from 1940 through the millennium; consistently filling venues throughout the region and renowned for his epic performances lasting over two hours.
A relatively new to our shows is the introduction of a remarkable horn section. Describing them as merely extraordinary would not do them justice. It consists of Dan Cipriano, whose impressive credits include performances with renowned artists like Joan Jett, Wilson Pickett, Mitch Ryder, and Spencer Davis. Completing the horns is Baron Raymonde, who was a touring member of Rod Stewart’s band and with Blues Brother Matt “Guitar” Murphy
Adding more depth to the performance, Greg Sherrod will contribute his dynamic vocals. This Connecticut-based singer, whose influences span soul, blues, rock, funk, and more, will bring his powerful and soulful voice to the Infinity MH, further elevating the evening’s musical experience.
This event is a benefit for the United Ways, Stock the Shelves program serving thirteen (13) food pantries throughout NW Connecticut, providing food and monetary donations.
This show is produced by Rockin’ 4 Vets/Alive & Kicking Productions, which produces Vets benefit concerts throughout New England to support organizations assisting Vets on issues related to PTSD, addiction, and homelessness
